We raise the standard. Then we make it the new floor.
Neuratech Corp is a consulting firm. We consult across twelve industries where intelligent systems can raise the standard of protection and performance. We take equity in the outcome, not a fee for the advice.

Twelve industries. One question.
Every one of them is a different sector with a different gap. The question behind all of them is the same: is this standard actually good enough? My answer is usually no.

Automotive safety, and the layer that comes before the crash. A five-star rating measures how well you survive an impact. It says nothing about whether the impact had to happen. I am not a car engineer. But my car talks to me.
Five-star ratings measure survival after the crash. They do not prevent the crash.
That sentence is the whole firm, and it generalises. A rating is a measure of consequence, not of cause. It tells you how well a structure absorbs an impact that has already happened, and nothing about the road, the fault nobody saw, or the fatigue nobody flagged.
The same shape of gap exists in eleven other industries. Somebody decided the current standard was good enough, and everyone else followed.
We take a stake, not a fee.
Neuratech Corp was founded by Deepak Roy, and it is currently one person. That is not something to hide. It means no committees, no diluted recommendations, and nothing said because it was convenient to say.
We consult. We do not sell products. We take a 1% equity stake in the outcome instead of a fee, which means if the idea does not work, we do not get paid.
I love resolutions. If there’s a problem I’m aware of, I can fix it.
If you can see the gap, you already understand the standard.
Tell me which industry you are in and what you are trying to change. Either the industry comes to this work, or this work goes to the industry.
