A consulting firm. Not a product company.
Neuratech Corp consults across twelve industries. We do not manufacture anything, we do not license software, and there is nothing on this site you can buy. What we bring is a position, a system direction, and an argument somebody inside the business usually already wants to make.

Deepak Roy
Neuratech Corp is currently one person. I say that plainly because it changes what you get. No committees, no diluted recommendation, and nothing said because it was the convenient thing to say in the room.
I kept noticing the same shape of problem in industries that have nothing else in common. Somebody decided the current standard was good enough, everybody else followed, and the cost of that decision is now quietly absorbed by whoever is least able to argue with it. A driver. A patient. A junior officer. A customer on hold.
I love resolutions. If there is a problem I am aware of, I can fix it, or tell you how it can possibly be fixed. There is more than one way to fix a particular problem, once you have understood it.
I use silence as long as possible. But I am result-oriented.
Ten years ahead belongs in the bin. Generations ahead belongs on my table.
That is the filter, and it is deliberately hard to pass. A project that is ten, fifteen or thirty years ahead is a roadmap, and roadmaps move. Something generational is a different object entirely, and in a working life you meet very few of them.
Be honest about how often you have seen one.
How we work.
Equity, not fees
I charge 1% equity in your company, alongside your time. Nothing else. The next time I bring something unique I come to you first, and that is how the second percent is earned, and the one after it. If the idea does not work I take no equity and none of your time. That single fact changes what gets recommended, and it should.
Prevention first
Every recommendation is measured by how much harm it removes, not how many features it adds. The question is always whether this raises the standard or just makes the current one more comfortable to live with.
One voice
We stay small deliberately. There is nobody here whose job is to soften a finding before it reaches you.
How this works in practice.
If you work with me, do not bring me a problem. Bring the problem and where you think the resolution sits. Neither of us is paid to make errors, and there is always more than one way to fix something once you actually understand it.
The right column is the one that gets chosen here, every time.
What we measure ourselves on.
Your smile is your logo. Your personality is your business card. How you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark.

Is Neuratech Corp really one person?
Yes. It is said openly because it changes what you get. No committees and no diluted recommendation.
How does the 1% equity model work?
I charge 1% equity in your company alongside your time, and nothing else. The next unique idea earns the second percent. If it does not work I take neither.
Do you sell anything at all?
No. Nothing on this site is buyable. We consult.
Why twelve industries and not one?
Because the same shape of gap sits in all of them. Somebody decided the current standard was good enough and everybody followed.
What gets your attention?
Something generational. Ten, fifteen or thirty years ahead is a roadmap, and roadmaps move.
Five things worth knowing
- 01
The firm is one person. That is a feature, not an apology.
- 02
We are paid in equity or not at all. If the idea fails, so does the invoice, because there isn\u2019t one.
- 03
Eleven of twelve industries are still in development, and two of those have no settled position at all.
- 04
Every framework name comes from the Mahabharata. Keshav drove the chariot. Karan is the one who counted every life.
- 05
Do not bring a problem without a view on where the resolution sits. Neither of us is paid to make errors.
Tell me where I am wrong
Two fields. Name the problem, then say where you think the resolution sits. Nothing publishes until it is read.
