Neuratech Corp is currently one person. I say that plainly because it changes what you get. No committees, no diluted recommendations, and nothing said because it was convenient to say it in the room.
I kept noticing the same shape of problem in industries that have nothing else in common. Somebody decided the current standard was good enough, everybody else followed, and the cost of that decision is now quietly absorbed by whoever is least able to argue with it. A driver. A patient. A junior officer. A customer on hold.
If you work with me, do not bring me a problem. Bring the problem and where you think the resolution sits. There is more than one way to fix a particular problem, once you have understood it.
