Security is the headline, not the footnote.

O would hold the most sensitive material a person owns. Identity, medical records, financial history, the documents that prove who you are. A system asking for that has to earn it before it asks, not after something goes wrong.

You should be able to prove you are old enough to drive without handing over your date of birth. Zero-knowledge proofs, self-sovereign identity and DPDP compliance are the starting position, not a later release.
